Upon arrival the duty manager, seeing that we were two mature ladies, suggested that we could have a room on the second or third floor instead of the booked fifth floor room, as we would then avoid being under the nightly disco on the sixth floor! The room was comfortable and clean bed linen and towels provided every day. Although in the slightly downmarket area of Sultenhamet, we felt safe and were well looked after. Staff were pleasant and most helpful and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing an economical stay, near the tourist attractions. Due to the hilly, cobbled nature of this area it would not be suitable for someone with walking difficulties.

Was given a more spacious room after request for a change from the original very small room given for three persons.
1.The cleaner only remove the rubbish, provide soaps and towels but did not provide toilet tissues nor make up the beds and nor vacuum the room.2. I made online booking and the charge was Euro 186 for two nights by credit card. However, upon payment the staff asked me to pay extra 14 Euro for credit card charges. I refused to pay the charges as it was not stated in online booking. He later charged my card on Turkish Lira(TL) instead with service charges as well.No other Hotel has done like this before in my experience using online booking since 2009.3. The hotel room is not as shown on photographs in Booked.net photos.

Perfect accom with a particularly good and absolutely perfect location right by the busiest shopping areas and public transport and taxis. Extra care from the very nice and courteous staff. Great to have a rooftop restaurant at the last floor. This hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the old city, making it easy to explore the main attractions. It's just a short walk to the tram stop, which is convenient for getting around. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast offered a variety of options, and the restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced food. the hotel provides tours to popular destinations at a fair price.
The internet connection is unreliable.
